Try it. It’s not going to have an effect on the bg so experimenting to see if she’s not as ravenous is fine. Once her bg comes down some more she won’t be quite as hungry except for if it gets really low.

I saw you have SLGS for now on her spreadsheet. You test enough for TR whenever you want to try it. It will get her regulated faster.

So… I do want to do TR. That was my plan from the start. I really just wanted to start low to begin with. at this point, I don’t see any reason not to change my protocol to TR.
I should still hold this dose for five days, correct?
TR basically seems more aggressive e.g. Lower non-shoot numbers etc. I know there’s more to it I have to read TR again even though I’ve read it several times.
I guess I should change my chart.
Aside from the difference in numbers etc. is there anything major I need to change from what I’m doing now?
 
I have a plumber here so will write a more detailed explanation after he leaves.
Let’s give this dose 7 days for the depot to completely build.

Short version of TR is reductions taken if bg falls under 50. No back to back reductions. If you reduce and bg starts to climb there’s no waiting a full week to adjust the dose back up if needed. You hold doses 6-10 cycles based upon nadirs at first. As nadirs get lower you hold doses longer. We will guide you. More later.
