yesterday's condo

still going the wrong way, silly kitter!

ah well, it's a beautiful day here - punkin had breakfast, finished anya's so both could be in the Clean Plate Club, and he's now sitting like a sphinx with his front feet folded under him. i just fed the birds, watered the deck plants and when the birds return will take a picture to share in loose lips.

then i need to tackle the mess i made yesterday!

he'll get there! maybe whispering think blue or think green in his ears? this coming from the girl who would find a song of the day for her cat and his numbers. i think that was mostly for me, not for him. but they say talking to plants helps them grow. so maybe telling cats to go lower will help them too.

i feel so successful. i got a video of punkin uploaded and in the loose lips condo. only a fellow cat lover could appreciate it, of course. it's 20 seconds of him purring and licking me and anya. :lol:

he's in a good mood. he likes those 200's . . .

i was watching him lick me last night and thinking he has a big tongue. today i'm looking at that video and thinking he has a big forehead. poor guy, i only see his parts and i'm analyzing them. it'll be good to get the acro/iaa test done on monday morning - i need to know.

i'm sure the test will ease your mind.

he is still a beautiful, lovely, wonderful cat, no matter what the tests say.

And it looks like he's got a good float down on his +3.

Julie: Glad to see Punkin coming down. You know when that guy asked me if Gracie was acro, I started also looking at her head, her tongue, etc and thinking "oh is it big for a little girl??". It's hard to not to do that. Paws crossed all tests come back negative and that Punkin just likes a little extra juice.

Haha when I read about acro I started wondering about Willy too! Except, he really has very large feet... but he's a big cat! Trying to compare him to one of the others to assess how "big" big is (which I have done) is like trying to compare a large watermelon to a large lemon! :lol: :lol:

I lovelovelove your video!!! Punkin is the cutest thing!!! His ears look huge in that video, like a "better to hear you with, my dear" kind of look. :lol: :lol: And he had white whiskers!!! Anya has beautiful coloring. I just loved it! :-D

I loved the video, too. Punkin is big and beautiful. And with him around you don't even need to wash your hands!!

I'm glad you're getting the acro test done, especially if you really want to know. You're getting the IAA tested at the same time, right? Might as well do both at the same time, the extra cost is so little.

Punkin is adorable. :smile: I have had a soft spot for giant long haired kitties but never had one until Sammy came along a few years ago. They sure are special.

i guess i'd rather know than keep looking at him and wondering . . . yes, i'll have the iaa done too. that one's only $15. in for a penny, in for a pound, right?

he's a sweetie. i feel blessed to have him.
