Yesterday was a classic Neko day, but a bit extreme on the daytime bounce. :o The night time blue surf was great.

I was expecting a bounce today, not just that's what she's done for 27 days in a row (who's counting? :lol: ) but she did quite the drop between +4 and +5.5 last night. Today the bounce is a little more controlled and Neko is more comfortable in pinks than reds. :roll: Sun is beginning to peek between the clouds, kitties are in the solarium snoozing.

I'm off to the island today to visit my 90 year old parents with my brother. What better way to celebrate the queen's birthday than working around the house/farm. :-D My DM says my DD has a list a mile long. :roll: DH will be in charge.

Ah yes, doing all the chores around your place and then pitching in to help at your parents. What fun! Hope you can grab some of the good chores, like testing out the hammock after it's been strung between two shade trees. ;-)

Good to see she managed to sneak back to yellows while I was gone. DH did the +8. I almost didn't make it back for PS time. Due to the holiday the ferry line up was a little extra long. My DB and I were about 20 cars in front of the sign that says you might not make the ferry past here so we felt confident we would make it. Then they stopped the line about 10 cars in front of us. :shock: Then they slowly let a few more, then a few more on. I was third to last car on, DB was last car. Whew! Ferry was also running late of course but I made it.

@Deb - I'm OK with helping my 90 year old parents. They still live on their own on a 12 acre property which means a big yard and a garden. And I got to sample some salmonberries. Yumm!

@Liz - Neko's been great at permission slips lately. Island was great, I enjoy garden work but we also had great family time chatting. It's kind of hard to celebrate Queen Vicky's birthday so we generally think of it as the Queen's birthday, even though the other Liz has a birthday in April.

@Carla - Neko did make it down. :-D

@Barb - Some fun involved. :-D Wild oyster mushroom soup, fresh salmonberries and time in the garden. A little country get away.

Only her mama knows what she might be up to! Hope she comes down slowly tonight.

Glad you got to visit the parental units :-D :-D

A very unusual bounce/inverted curve/whatever at the night time. Maybe she's feeling my grief at punkin's passing. Julie helped us SO much with the higher dose and acromegaly diagnosis and treatment. We'll miss his cute acro face.

@Liz - No blue surf, maybe a reaction to something late last night? Who knows, she's not talking.

@Rhiannon - No limbo tonight, a chance to try to sleep instead.

@Marje - I'm hoping she'll stop here and start coming down again. It was good to get some things done around the house and garden.
