A little bounce again this morning. Not much more to say.

His appy has been a little low so I decided to finally buy some of the temptation treats that I always read about.
OMG! what do they put in those?

Even Abbey went crazy for them and she has never liked any treat I've ever offered!

I sprinkled one on Doodle's food last night and he ate every bite!
I'm very happy to have those in my tool box!!

I'm so happy that you like your new treats! Those were my favorite!!! I could eat them all day long...until mamabean took them away :cry:
I was really happy this morning I was chewing my cardboard box! Have you tried that yet, sooooo fun!

Just checking in. Oh my mamabean told me that my stepmom was from Florida! She was the best, her name was Pantaloons, we used to cuddle together, but she's a GA now :-D she passed from cancer :sad:

My Mama took away our Temptations over a year ago and I have not seen even ONE
since. We used to love them. i wish my Mama would be good to us like your Mama is to you.
She said they raise my BGs so they are banned in our house.
Can I come to visit you some day?
I would like to visit you. and maybe have some snacks at your house. :mrgreen:

LOL funny condo today. We use temptations for treats. Spike can hear the bag from upstairs and gallops down..lol

We use temptations when Moonie drops & wont eat--She doesnt like HC cat food or the gravy much, so 6-8 temptations will raise her up!
Glad I mentioned it and you gave me a great idea to sprinkle it on the food--GENIUS :idea: I like!!

But I guess I'll need to keep an eye on his numbers to make sure they aren't causing too much of a rise.
So far though since I've only crushed and sprinkled them on his food he's only had one at a time. I figure the high protein food will help compensate for whatever small amount of carbs there are. I'm also thinking he would get the most taste value that way since he has no teeth and can't crunch them. ;-)

My civie, Abbey, on the otherhand ate about 20! lol!

Hi handsome Doodle, one of the most beautiful white kitties ever, I love seeing his photos.

I'm laughing at the Temptations. I bet just one in his food now and again won't hurt him.

We haven't had them here for about 2 years, but if I rustle a bag that 'sounds' like the bag of Temptations both my kitties magically appear at my feet. I was opening a foil bag that had some computer parts in it... looked down and at my feet were two very hopeful kitties. sigh....

Oh Doodle, u iz so lucky!! I don git Temptations no more. Momma sayz dey iz too hi carb - whatevah that meanz. Meanz I don git no mor. Well, sometimes when dey cut my purty nailz I git some.

I don't know what the rules are with the new board.
So somebody please feel free to either fill me in or direct me to where I can read for myself.

Do I update my numbers in the original post title?
Is that still considered confusing? or do I do it only if asking for help?
Can we chit chat here? or is that still considered clutter?

We update the subject line of the first condo. Since you can't see anything else, unlike the old board, you have to change the original subject line to let people know what's going on. As far as chit chat, your condo so it's your rules. It's still the same old socializing inside the condo. It's just with this Board, you can't scroll to see the string unless you open the condo.

Gabby never got Temptations. Well, that is until I got a shipment of food from PetFood Direct and there was a sample bag in there. I thought I'd gotten rid of all of the samples but Gizmo found one. He immediately shredded the cellophane and the bag and generously shared with Gabby. It took hours for Gabby's BG to come back down.
 
2ps +2 = 49

+2 = 49 -- that's a dose reduction for Doodle.
I'll take him down to 0.25 and see if that does the trick - if not we'll do 0.2
