5/20 Checkers pmps 112 +1/115 +2.5/92

Checks dropped last night. I got up at +8, and found a 74. :o

He seemed fine this morning, waking me by walking on my head. We were trying to play a wand game, but Clancy kept butting in.
Checks then left and went under bed. I couldn't bribe him out, even with tuna, and it was time for +3 test.
He finally came out when I wasn't looking and got up into a hidey hole in utility room, which took some climbing to get to, so I am not sure if he just wants to be alone, or if he's hurting.

Since he rejected the tuna, which he loves, I offered a few kibbles, to keep his bg up. He took them.
I can get to him to test again, so am going to leave him to his solitude.
I hope he's just trying to get away from his pesky little brother.

Binks does a lot of 'avoid & ignore' behavior with the Girls these days...
hoping that's what your lil grey boy is doing!

Brothers...sometimes they're a pain!

Awww poor Checks, i'm sure it must really suck having a pesky little brother. Maybe he just wants his alone time, i know Leo needs some alone time once in awhile. And don't you just love the walking on the head routine? :lol:

Everybody was lazy today. It was too hot to do anything. Checks likes to lay in cool bathtub, I found. Not looking for water.
He's got steps leading up to it, and a little sewing stool to step down into. He's all set for summer. :-D

What a great cycle today, Checkers! The hot weather must agree with you. Here it was too hot for Rusty, too. He made the mistake of lying in the sun this morning!! Pretty neat about your bathtub cool spot. Smart kitty!

Hi Barb - what a wonderful day for checkers - such great numbers. I love the bathtub thing - they always seem to be able to find their cool spot.

Bummer on the temp - we are 54 tops today, with a light drizzle.... should I send you some?

Michelle, I'd like that. I really don't like hot weather. It drains me. We're gonna cool off to the 70's this week..

Ooh, I gotta go out to look for moon. Partial eclipse for us. We were told it was going to be last night, but weatherman corrected himself today :lol:

Too late; I missed sundown. :sad:

Very nice day for Checks! Lots of my guys like the tub, too...some for water, some for hanging out. Kitties are so funny with their behaviors!
 
Nice catch last night Barb and oh what a gorgeous day!!!! And on into the night! WOOOO HOOOO Checkers!!

We are supposed to have a great view of the eclipse but you aren't supposed to look directly at it without special equipment so.....

It's so hard to NOT do something isn't it? They tell you to NOT look at it but how cool it is and I WANNA LOOK! :lol: :lol: :lol:
