I have slid him back up to 1.75u but it doesn't seem to make any difference. He has been consistently in the 270s though. The one time I was able to get some mid-cycle tests in this weekend he was inverted (higher than pre-shot). He is back to peeing on my bathroom rug again.

I asked the pharmacy to not require a signature for the Lev so it should be at my door soon (and not sitting at the post office until Saturday).

If he's throwing an inverse curve the dose is too high. On Lantus he should rise for a couple hours after injection then start dropping at +2-3 if he's going up until +6 ish then dropping until next preshot instead of raising the dose you need to drop it.
