Yesterday Caber Yr 2 Day 228. AB 6
Here's hoping for more greens today.
This might be to early to say, it seems her glucoses respond better to the VE food. On 5/18 PMPS was given mostly VE and she came down and was green for few hours. 5/19 AMPS she had all canned food and no greens. PMPS mostly VE and came down to greens again. However, at her 71 her snack was canned food and she went up 20 points within an hour, makes me wonder. Jury still out this morning but so far she only had VE, except for the tiny bit her med was in.
I found out the Paws cat food is made in both USA and Canada. The 5.5 oz cans in the USA, cats are not crazy about them. Texture and smell is different. The 3 oz cans are Canada, though I did find a couple marked USA (did not buy them). I wonder what USA is doing different to them. Cats do prefer the Canadian food so much better. And of course Ollie is being loyal to her birth Country.
