Yesterday was a blue PS type of day. The first with a bounce cycle to pink ohmygod_smile and the night (of course) was a lagoon visit.

Neko seemed to be surfing those 60's forever last night. I'm still short on sleep so gave her a tsp of HC so she'd be safe the rest of the night. In spite of going to bed after +6, the kitty chorus still started at +11 this morning and I remain short changed on sleep. @-) No btb for me today, I have a dentist appointment to replace a filling. DH will do the next test but I suspect she'll be safe this morning.

There was lots of LB action this morning. Civie Theo likes to whack the box at the end to clean his paws, and that along with Neko's whining was what woke me up. I went downstairs to get the newspaper (and to stall the start of the day) and Neko followed me. The cats very seldom use the downstairs LB but Neko does if I am there. It's like she wants to show off for me. :lol:

I hope Neko gives you a blue/green surf today. Sorry you didn't get much sleep. I hope everything goes well at the dentist.

Typical Neko day inverse curve cycle again. :roll: And she spent most of the day in her solarium basket again. It's a hard life. :lol:

It's been many a year (ok, decade :lol: ) since I've had a filling done. This was a replacement. It sure was a lot faster than I remember. After my mouth thawed enough for lunch, off I went to physio. I feel like a Mack truck has rolled over my elbow. :shock: The bone is healed but the soft tissue is a little crunchy. On the positive side, no ill effects from the rowing machine yesterday. :-D

@Melissa - Dental work was very quick, less than 1/2 hour. While I was gone Neko did her usual bounce to such a gorgeous surf.

@Doreen - I think we all are sleep deprived here, but Neko used to go low occasionally during the day. This night only action is something that started a couple months ago. I hope your dentist visit was as quick as mine.

@Carla - Any blue/green surf will have to wait for tonight. Might get a small nap now.

I-) I-) I-) Hi Wendy, I hope your getting a good nap. Even a bad nap wouldn't be so terrible. They know we're never going to complain about staying up too late when they are showing such nice numbers. (little stinka -to quote Marje)
I'm glad the dentist was quick uneventful and i wish the elbow had been the same. I'll be sending you lots of "no more crunchy soft tissue" vines and prayers. I'm glad the rowing machine exercise went well with no ill effects!!
Hurry up elbow.. Surf safe Neko and sleep quick Wendy.

Looks like a slooow slide tonight.

@Rhiannon - Just a physically punishing day today, but not that bad really. :lol: I got a nap, but it looks like Neko put away the diving gear tonight.

@Mary - You are so right, it's hard to go to sleep when they are showing beautiful numbers. But I think it's a slow one tonight. :-D Rowing machine is step one, I also have to get my cardio back before I can hit the water but it's progress! I think exercise helps me feel better physically too.
