Good Morning LL. DH here. Hope you all are doing well and sending positive thoughts to all who need them.

Marje is out this morning playing golf with her DBFF. It took some convincing to get her to go, and I'm really glad she did. She hardly ever goes out and does something fun or something she wants to do, just chores or errands or work, and spends way too much time in the house taking care of Gracie. I'm sure most of you feel the same way sometimes. I hope I can get her to do stuff like this more often.

Gracie is doing great. All P's in place this morning. She had a good AMPS yesterday but then spent most of the day in mid blue. We considered tweeking her dose up a little last night but decided to let her have one more cycle on the fat 1. She had a great cycle last night so we left her dose alone this morning as well. So far so good. This dose doesn't seem to give her as much overlap as the sk1.25, but her numbers still look good overall, and we are doing a lot less testing/feeding.

That's a lotta' greenies I see! Way to go Gracie!

And so glad that Marje is out playing for a change. It will recharge her batteries. :-D

Looking good today , Gracie! I'm glad you got Marje to go out. We do need time to decompress. I found that I only do it when I set a schedule for it, otherwise too much hovering! ohmygod_smile

It's so nice to see Marje having a little fun. She sure deserves it, she works so hard, not only with Gracie, but all her help on the LL board too.

Gracie is doing great!!

It is definitely important to take some time for self-care.....and away from the house.

Amazing numbers today for little Gracie today. :mrgreen: Great that you got Marje to get out and have some fun as she sure deserves it.

Lovely surf for Gracie today! Ditto on Marje going out and having fun - you've truly earned it, and I hope you make a habit of it!!

Hi everyone!!

What a wonderful day Gracie had.....Mike is so good with her and she had a lovely cycle this a.m. I'm beginning to think yesterday's crazy blue a.m. cycle was due to the defective syringes.....the needles barely go into the hub...it is just bizarre. I did find some normal ones until I can get another order.

Had a glorious day on the golf course. Mike and I used to play at least every week..sometimes twice. Since FD, I haven't played but once and only 9 holes with my golf coach. I had a great time...forgot what it was like to walk 18 holes of golf. Of course, my ideal day is playing golf with Mike but we can't be away from the house the 5/6 hours it would take to do that inc travel time. He's been pushing me a long time to do this and I think I will start trying to do it every few weeks. So great to get out and not think about FD at all!

Great day for Gracie! She does love her daddy time. She is really doing well on the Lev as well. BOS tonight with that PMPS.

How great that you got out and golfed. You should definitely do that more. DH and I were talking tonight about how our lives have changed since FD. He wanted to go to dinner and then remembered that we have more important obligations, like Tarragon so he brought take out home. That's ok though. We wouldn't trade it for anything.

Hey Melissa...

Wish I could claim it but no BOS here.....Gracie won't onset for several hours from this shot. That is one of the lovely things about lev....the late onset. Gives you much more time to panic over shooting a low PS than lantus does :lol: :lol: :lol:

Yes...she does love her daddy!!! ;-) You are so right about the social life...wait...what IS that??? :lol:

Marje, I am so glad you got out to play golf. It is important to do something for yourself as frequently as possible. And Gracie, I see that you are commenting this evening on mamabean's golf day :smile: . She needs to have some fun, too, you know.
