Started the Albon again, so he might stop poop/regurg/vomit cycle. Will probably increase the glucose, as well as maybe the Reglan later.

My poor little guy. Now, I have to give him things that just aren't good for diabetecs, to control his other stuff- Albon is in a suspension that's very sugary, Reglan also - very sweet, and doc wants some pedialyte, which has dextrose (only temporarily, until the diarrhea and vomit get fixed). Guess I'll watch those numbers and adjust insulin accordingly (want to be at .75 for a few days in a row, before that!!!)

Sometimes, I really wonder if I'm doing right by my boy - trying to keep him comfortable until I can't anymore... but I really don't feel he's done - as much as he hates treatments!

His upset tummy is making it very hard to find food he wants to eat - I've tried tons today. Ended up syringing baby food last time... His current protein is Turkey, so I don't want to stray too far... Oy!
Thanks for the empathy, @Chris & China ! I need it...

@Chris & China Every night with B12 and other vitamins added for the past many months we've done sub-q. He needs more when he has diarrhea and Vomiting. He gets a diuretic in the morning for fluid buildup that's possible from the lung tumor. Wish we could avoid Pedialyte for now but right now he seems to need it. Not using much but just a little of his water. Considering the other meds we had to start today, there is quite a bit of sugar added. I'm watching his numbers and i'll advance when I have to. Hopefully this will all come down. And hopefully it will resolve his diarrhea and vomiting more quickly so it's very short lived and we can get back to this diabetes business.
