Good Morning Everyone,

More rain last night. But Rusty had a good night sleeping with his beans. Woke up this morning to kitty kisses on my eyelids and ear, followed by some vigorous work with the scratcher. Rusty has enjoyed first and second sittings of breakfast, a good test, a good shot (I think), and is now enjoying a nap. If we're lucky, it won't rain too much today and we'll be able to go outside. Everything is just soaked. The cellar is the same. Had to buy 4 new sponges yesterday because some of the ones I bought 2 weeks ago have disintegrated (they are "capping" the "faucet" in the middle of the floor and are full of mud and icy water). We are supposed to have some sun tomorrow afternoon and all day on Saturday. That would be nice, but I'm not holding my breath!

Much better today Rusty! Your mama is looking for more greens , please give her something to smile about. Sending tons of no more rain vines. Maybe they'll take root and drink up some of the water. :lol:

Good morning Ella & Rusty! Hope your rain ends soon. I can't believe what wet weather you have had.

Kitty kisses in the morning are the best! Rusty's numbers are looking so good and sounds like he is feeling good as well. What better way to start your day?

Hope you get some sun and get to enjoy the outside world today!

Hi guys .. glad to see rusty is a little lower this morning .. sounds like he has had a pretty good day so far, hopefully the sun will make an appearance this weekend .. have a great day guys!

Hope you get that sought after sun and the cellar dries up soon. What an ordeal.

Looks like a pretty good # for Rusty, today. I live over in CT and I know what you mean about the rain. Maybe a break and we'll get some sun. Have a good day

Hi All,
Rusty had a good afternoon, reaching green and maybe surfing, too. He had some outdoor time, but stuck close to the house, always near Edward or me. Edward thinks he may have seen something today that spooked him. Anyway, he is chillaxin' in his "bench bed" in the mud room, right next to the window, so he doesn't miss anything. We had beautiful weather today: the weather man was WRONG!!! We'll see what we get tomorrow. I did some bailing, took Edward to the chiropractor, and did some shopping. Only exercise today was a walk to the post office (2 miles). The stuff I ordered from American Diabetes Wholesale on Monday night arrived. They are very prompt.

I thought so much about Linda and Miss Emily today (and Teddy, too). I hope that Miss Emily passed gently. I hope that Linda will be OK tonight and that she will feel the love that Bear Man and Miss Emily are sending to her as they are reunited.

Thank you, Ella, and to all of those who sent prayers and lit candles. Emily passed away peacefully. The fog cleared and the sun came out after she passed, so I know she was sending me a sign that she made her journey safely. I hope to open a condo tomorrow or Saturday with a family update.

late late late am I!!! aiyee.... it does sound like you guys had a great day, if one ignores the cellar. I like you wake-up call. NICE!, and way to go Rusty!

I am elated to red that you had SUN! I hope it dried things out for you. I'm with Ann - maybe all those dry weather vines we are sending will take root and soak up all the eater. YES! Works for me! :-D

I to have thought all day about Miss Emily and Linda. I am happy to read that she passed peacefully. By her description I know Emily made if safely and that all she knew were waiting for her. They sent her a message, an exceptionally nice one.
