There is little I can say that I haven't before - I am so very pleased with Mannie's numbers... AWESOME! It has been close to 8 days now of blues and greens for the PM cycles. :cool: Morning start a bit high, but he has managed to bring all of them down to low blues. I couldn't be happier - or happier for Mannie. Paws crossed that this will stick around for a while. You've done very well Mannie. Your bean is proud of you! cat_pet_icon

We had a glorious sunny day yesterday - the kind where you can open the house, air things out, feel the breezes. Mannie spent as much time out as he could. When he had to be in he'd sleep in any spot that had a sunbeam. So so content was he. He didn't even mind DGS being here - ignored any cry (though they are diminishing alot of late), going about his business. What a peaceful day for him. :cool: Things are well in MannieLand today. No civvie whacking this morning, they are steering clear. :lol: :lol: Breffis inhaled, clean plate club status intact. Nanners are nanners, and i think his bestest friend ever. During our mini poke-a-thon last night that is where he went after each test: nanner cuddling to the max. And that is where I found him this morning. Normalcy in MannieLand.

Mannie and BlackJack shared sleeping quarters for a bit yesterday - and he didn't boot her! It was nice to see.

Have a great day everyone! I have my DGS today, thru Friday. It is doubtful that I will get to many condos, but will try: at least make an effort to keep Mannie's current. Know that I am thinking of you all.

My Friends!!! What is up today??? Can we beat yesterday's dune buggys in the desert? Or Poolside at Gracie's and those deviled roadrunners eggs that cabana bean made? I dunno..... Maybe a cookout at the beach.... or road trippin'..... maybe just hangiong out with friends. I am ready for anything! ~~ Mannie

I love seeing Mannie's numbers come down at +2. That always means a good cycle ahead. i hope you get another beautiful day up there and Mannie gets plenty of outdoor time. Did you ever figure out the baby pack? maybe a shot hike with him today?

Hi guys .. I love seeing all the blue and green cycles mannie is having at night .. how exciting! I'm so glad he got to enjoy the sun yesterday and seems less and less bothered by that little hoooman :-D Have a great day guys!

Mannie looks so good! That is such a cute picture. We are glad he is doing so well and getting along with your DGS. Life is indeed good when you can open the windows and feel the breeze.

Hope you have a wonderful time with your DGS and that Manny keeps hanging out on the lower floors!

HI Roni - that would be an affirmative on the having fun with DGS. :-D Mannie has not yet made one trip to the basement, I guess we have taken another step towards " ok... gotta accept it... that tiny human is here to stay..." and has spent the day in the same room. SWEET!

Hi Karrie - Thx on the photos - it was fun. And the back pack made all the difference. sure beats carrying him. :shock: PHEW! and yes on the exercise :lol: :lol: I did feel that "extra weight" on the hills. It was nice to find BJ and Mannie on the same chair yesterday - doesn't always happen.

Morning Ann, and Miss Tess - yep - finally figured out the backpack. it really is very simple, once I got it untangled and figured out all the extra straps they have for baby safety - almost requires an engineering degree.... :lol: :lol: and yes on the +2 - always means for him that they cycle will be good. I cannot believe these past few days - so so nice. and yes on the day! SUN!!!: so another walk/trek/hike with DGS after his nap. He just loves it outside.... that is way cool.

Hi Devon - Yes - it is exciting. We've never had this last this long before - I am thrilled, and hope every time I start a cycle that it will be there again... :cool: equally as cool that he has gotten to accept the tiny hooman. HOORAY!

Hi Melissa - yes on all - hooray for warmer days and I can open things up. Double hooray on Mannie who can go, doesn't wander and comes back when I ask him too. What a plus! Thx on the photo. :-D

Really sweet pic of Mannie! He is doing so awesome! I hope he continues with these nice numbers. And I love your hiking pictures. I didn't see your DGS, unless he was further down in the links. You have some beautiful hiking trails, and it must feel so good being outdoors in the fresh air with all the gorgeous scenery. I have a nephew in Denver, and he's an avid hiker and sends me beautiful pictures of his hikes.

ok........ 169 @ +11, 190 @ PMPS, up a little. In a way I am glad - I can feed a nice very low carb food, and hopefully watch a "nice mellow let's find the greens cycle, but not ltoo ow so mom can sleep". and anti- jinx! Not asking much huh... :-D :razz:

Hi Ella - thanks! It was a nice walk - I took him to the shore - about a 4.5 mile venture. he did great, and enjoyed the woods, I think. Shore line fascinated him too. The return trip found him asleep in the backpack. It is amazing how heavy a sleeping baby is, so much more so than when they are awake. :lol: :lol: -- It's been a good day for Mannie - he's up a little, but not too badly. It will be interesting to see what he does tonight.

Hi Ann - Thanks! I am very happy for Mannie - I just hope it continues. Paws crossed!!! And thank you on my hike photos. I don't think there are any with my DGS, we've just started getting him into that. I had a Link just for Nicholas, but had to drop it - not enough room in my sig line. I probably should put it back up. And yes - I love the outdoors - hiking is just such a great way to see so many wonderful things. Nice too that your nephew, sends pics of his hikes - Denver , and Colorado in general, is such a beautiful area: I know his photos must be very nice!

Maggie - on my way!!! We are off to the dunes and the beach, Griilin' there too!!!!! See you soon - I took the top off the roadster - It's just to sunny and nice out there. The winds can blow out whiskers! SWEET! See you soon! ~~ Mannie

And so agreed on DGS and the hiking outdoor stuff. He is so happy outside - yep: start 'em young!
