5/19 Jack- 278@ +3PM but 406 w/1.1ketones AMPS- dose???

This cat is driving me crazy. He's swinging all over. Last night he was 296 at PMPS w/0.4 blood ketones, 278 @ +3 PM and now this morning at AMPS, he's 406 w/1.1 ketones. I'm not supposed to be working from home today...I need to shoot within the next 30 mins. Do I give him the 4.5 like suggested yesterday? Or are the 200's he had last night going to make him go too low? Thanks

Not yet- I'm juggling cats and trying to get to work. He is now 15 minutes behind when he would get a shot at (it's 7:15am my time)
