I used this pen for two previous injections, but I watched the sticky about filling syringes from pens over and over, and I was very careful not to get air in. I don't know...maybe I did. Is it okay to use if it has bubbles in? It had one before I filled it, and after loading syringe it had two good size bubbles. Almost shot time.

No worries. I had bubbles in my but it didn't damage the lantus.
Great! Thank you so much! I thought I would give the pen a try, and then saw the bubbles. I'll go ahead and shoot then. The vial is still safe in the frig. I felt a little disloyal. I am such a creature of habit. LOL Thanks again.

Same here with a pen. What I did was pull out the air with a syringe so I wouldn't have to see it anymore.
LOL Well, that's one way to deal with it. I'm okay with the bubbles as long as the insulin is okay. Well, not bubbles in the syringe, but the pen is okay. I flicked the pen and now I can't find the bubbles. Who knows?! Thanks, Mandy!

OH NO! YOU'VE RUINED YOUR WHOLE PEN! :) .... :)

Not really but I have a wierd sense of humor! It's really OK just like everyone else said...

Giggle and hugs....
Okay, you got me for a second there! LOL Only the sentence in caps caught my attention at first (since it was on my phone), and I forgot everything everyone else said, and thought you were serious. Very funny! And I have the same weird sense of humor so I really enjoyed the laugh. :bighug:
