Previous postBaileys higher numbers recently have been his new meter but all the same I think a higher dose was necessary. He is acting normally. very perky and energetic. Goes NUTS at night when DH gives him wee bits of cheesy popcorn which surprisingly do nothing to his BG. I will have to tape that for you to see - "cat goes crazy over contraband".
But I suspect the EPI plays in here a bit - being unable to process foods properly means without the enzymes maybe he can't process carbs either? I have tried giving him HC dry with and without enzymes and the difference in BG is amazing. His BG goes up a little without enzymes but skyrockets with them.
