? 5/19/19 Skitty AMPS-267, PMPS-236; need to go out of town

Hello! Skitty has been on Lantus for 8 days now. I was planning on increasing his dose this week, but I unexpectedly have to go out of town for 4 days. I will be taking Skitty and his civie brother with me since I don't have anyone to care for them on short notice. We will be staying in a hotel. Does anyone have any experience traveling with their kitties and what might I expect? Thank you!

Yes, I done a couple trips, the longest about 10 days, and stayed at hotels with Neko. Look for hotels with room fridges, ideally with freezers to keep gel packs cool for packing insulin. One member put this list together for travelling with diabetic kitties.
