Good Evening and TGIF L&LL,
We got home from NYC yesterday evening about 9:30 p.m. We had to give Rusty his shot in the car, at a rest stop. I didn't test
. It was a long trip owing to awful traffic getting out of the city. I took a chance and went through the Bronx. Mistake! Anyway, Rusty was a terrific traveler: extremely patient, eager to eat his food when we stopped at rest stops, expert use of the litterbox, and totally engaged with watching out the windows. He didn't even sleep!
Today we played catch-up. Didn't quite get caught up, but it was nice to be home on a beautiful, cool, sunny early spring day (our foliage is about a month behind downstate). We had a lot of rain in the city and it looks like we're going to have it here all weekend. Our basement floor is still very wet from the seepage of ground water, but it is slowing down. I hope the rain this weekend won't reach the ground-water level!
Sorry to miss almost all of your condos this week. We hope that all is going well (or well enough) and will visit tomorrow. Right now Rusty wants his beans to sit with him on the couch while he finishes his dinner.
