Morning LL! Moonie threw up before I woke up, and seems to not feel that great-
I fed her some ff chopped grill last night, which I havent fed her in a long time--Last time she had a loose poo, it was after I fed them chop grill--I just wanted to give her a variation,thinking it was fine as they ate it for a long time.
OMG I hope I didnt hurt my baby--She isnt eating , but did go to LB both..
Right now she is laying down, sleeping.
I am just leaving her alone, hoping she will feel better later--OMG I just cant take this right now!

Hope she will improve this am--Thanks--I am supposed to go to work today changed my day, as I need to get jewels tomorrow, and think I will stay home with her instead...Hugs & everyone have a good day!

Good morning Roni and Moonie! Poor Moonie! I hate it when they are sick. I hope she gets to feeling better fast. You are such a great bean. (((Roni)))

Something I have never asked LL: Do you think cats can get sick with just a small virus like humans that puts them under the weather for a couple of days? We asked our vet that and she insisted that dogs and cats did not get things like humans. I have a hard time believing that. There will be a couple of days when one of my fur babies just don't feel good and then they are fine.

Roni, it was probably the Chopped Grill. Have you read the label for FF Chopped Grill? As I recall, it is mostly by-products. Let Moonie get it out of her body and then give her one of your old standbys--one that she really likes. And don't worry. She'll be fine. She's a cat, after all! In the meantime you get to spend a nice day at home with her.

She ate a little bit of fresh turkey that I poke into her food, so That Is Good--It's an old trick I did with Copper as he'd always rather eat chicken or turkey, than cat food--
So I poked some small pieces into the cat food, and that way he got some cat food in him!
Now I have continued tha practice with Moonie & she ate a little :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
Ok I can stop panicking now!
No More Chopped Grill!!!!! Bringing it back to pet store..see if I can exchange.

Now she is higher !! She just ate some turkey in the food.--Could I have given a fur shot? It is a new pen!
Ok at least she is eating something--I am afraid to leave the house! Staying with her most of today--not going to work at all..She is acting OK but her ears are a little warm.
I cant keep from worrying

Hi guys .. sorry to hear you are worried about moonie .. she probably had a reaction to the chopped grill .. like ella suggested, let it run it's course and then give her something you know doesn't affect her .. can't tell you not to worry, cause I would be as well ...

I'm sure it's just the food Roni, but i would be worried too.. We never want to see our kitties acting any other way than their loving purring selves.. Give it some time to get out of her system.. Seems like she is eating something so that's a good sign.. I'm glad you can be home with her today.. Sending lots of feel better vines for your girl..

Roni, I hope Moonie just has a simple little tummy ache and she
starts to feel better very soon. Could be the food. Mine throw up from the
FF chicken sometimes and they stopped loving the chopped grill.
I have cut down on my cases.

deep breaths, I'm sure Moonie will be fine. Her upset tummy might be causing the higher #s but she'll be ok. There was one flavour that always upset Tray's tummy too but not my civvie, so I just stopped feeding it to both to be safe. Moonie will be okay try and not stress too badly.

hi roni - try not too worry - I am sure she will be fine. Probably the food upset her, she'll be better once it is out of her system. At least this way you have the day off and can spend a day with her. I have a civvie that will do that if the food doesn't agree with her. Feel better Moonie!

She did finally eat-I fed her ff chcken right out of can..I also smelled where I shot--FUR SHOT!!!
No wonder it went in so easily!! :roll: :roll: :roll: ohmygod_smile
She is a-ok now, even gave me a magical poo..._I'm going to see if I can exchange a 1/2 case of chopped grill for some FF chicken--BBL--So glad she's not sick! HUgs!

Hi Roni, I've ben trying to get to your condo all day. For some reason the Chopped Grill FF does not agree with Maggie. In fact, it seems to bring her numbers up. Ever since the FF makers changed the label, some of the flavors just aren't agreeable to our kitties. Even though say it is the same ingredients, something is off if our kitties won't eat it! Maggie used to love the old label FF Salmon, but sticks her nose up at it now. I hope Moonie is feeling better. Hugs.
 
Moonie is BETTER!!!! Out damm FF chopped grill!!!!! I brought it back to the pet food store & they replaced it with tender beef!--Moonie slept most of the day--I fed her right out of the can & she finally ate a bunch--
I went out for like an hour, and was petrified (you know I came back 2 weeks ago & found Copper)--
Guess that will stick with me for a long long time....But she was fine.
She saw her DD & life began again--She was well & happy--
Geez, I cant take much more drama!!--
So she is coming down tonite :mrgreen:
Tomorrow we go to Conn. to pick up some jewelry for our shows--I am doing a local hospital Friday.
