Re: 5/18 Max AMPS 308+4.5=166+6=123PMPS 149
It's amazing how these threats can work, isn't it? Tomorrow is not a good day for him to be low.
My mom's surgery is happening tomorrow. I didn't get back from the family dinner as early as I had hoped. He got his insulin at 7:15 so I'll give it at 6:45 tomorrow morning. I will test him around 11:30 and then head for the hospital. My neighbor can put out some food a couple of times during the afternoon if he is lowish before I leave. The surgery is at 2 so even if it starts late, I should be able to get home by 7. If I'm a little late it won't hurt, I guess. Now hopefully Max will cooperate and not be super low at AMPS. I'm hoping it will go smoothly and she will come home and not need to be admitted. I know it's finger surgery but anesthesia in an older person is dangerous.
Well, the bounce ended and he is still too high. I can't increase tomorrow but probably will need to Tuesday. It looks to me like the reduction failed again.
