Yesterday...

I've spotted a recent pattern of racing down to green, bouncing, coming down to blue, bouncing, racing down to green, bouncing, coming down to blue... but there was no blue nadir between the last two greens, so I'm not sure what to expect tonight. For that reason, I gave a little MC at +2 instead of jumping for HC. Though if a flat yellow cycle means anything, maybe I should've...

PMPS = 286 (3rd meal LC 7%)
[10.75 units Lantus]
+2 = 178 (2 tsp MC 15%, both food and gravy)

There's less than a week of Lantus left in the vial, and I'll be switching to pens after that.

I'm following the 5/08 game plan. The flat previous cycle, yellow PMPS, and blue +2 and +3 are similar, so I'm hoping the same interventions will lead to the same outcome (i.e. 8 hours of sleep). Next check in a few minutes.
