Your bouncy little boy - wouldn't it be nice if they just gave us a standard bell curve nadir everyday?

Oh NO - the dreaded "anal gland" vet visit. There are just some things the vets probably don't like about their job. That has to be at the top of the list.

Last time Leo went to the vet, we were talking. The vet had Sam (siamese) as one of her house cats. He just would not stop marking. So now he is a permanent resident at the vet office, and he has marked spots there too. Some cats....just don't realize how lucky they are.

Well we went, there was a small amount in the left, always the left gland, she said like concrete, said he needed to see vet to have it flushed and antibiotics! 127.00 omg, so needless to say we didn’t see him, gonna give some glandex to see if that will help, may have something to do with his crazy numbers
My vet to see him went up from 45.00 to 60.00!!

For our vet visits, there is also a default office charge around $50. Our vet is great. Some of the procedures are expensive. But there have been times when she spent 1/2 hour with us. That is quite a commitment for a single patient. She has also learned a lot from me about Acro.
