Shadow has and 81 this morning. And a 74 last night.....

yesterday

My only guess for this is I had to switch to the Bayer Contour meter ( from the Accu-chek)
but when I've compared them in the past, they are always very close to each other. But the Contour was usually lower than the Accu-chek. I'll get more strips for the accu-chek and
start poking myself. :lol:

Wouldn't it be wonderful if the Bayer is more accurate at the lower numbers and all my 100's and 120's really mean Shadow is 15 or 20 less on her chart?
I'm dreaming.....

I opened a window in our bedroom yesterday and Shadow enjoyed the fresh air from her tall tower. She is there again this morning.... no snuggles...
just enjoying watching out the window.... birds flitting around....


human report: teeth still very painful. caved in yesterday and took a pain killer.
May have to ask for a refill....
We are going to the Star Trek movie today.

I saw there were troubles last night....

Nice AMPS for Shadow. I think I would go with the Bayer Contour. :-D Neat with Shadow on the tower enjoying the fresh air. Sending vines for feeling better today.

ugh... 124...
okay... tested a little earlier today... and she's back in her usual form....

she did have aff appetizer this morning... footnoted in her notes for me now....
tomorrow will be without one... gotta figure out which one(s) ...

Aww Rhiannon, I'm sorry your teeth still hurt today. I hope the movie helps you forget pain, for a little while.

I think Shadow is just giving her mama permission to go out without worry today. :smile:

No insulin so no need for permission.... so far...

Shadow may just be a higher number girl....
Even when she was on insulin, she wasn't one to drop down.... She didn't earn decreases very often.... She earned them by keeping her numbers in the proper range....


The 74 last night actually scared me a little.... ever since the cancer thing with Max (dale) and Rueben (alexa) and others....
Since Sienne told me that cancer eats sugar and cats that just suddenly have these major changes....

I'll be nervous if Shadow ever became a lower than 70 bg all the time..... since it's not like her.....

Those are good numbers for Shadow. Hopefully you won't need the insulin. I'm sorry your teeth are so painful. Hopefully everything will heal quickly and you'll feel better soon.

Hi Rhiannon - looks like Shadow has had a decent ay. Great numbers in my book! Keep on surfin' well there Shadow.

Hope you are feeling better. I too hear that Star Trek is good.
 
Huh it might be the meter. I hope you can track down which FF appetizer is causing the issues.

I hope you feel less painful soon. Teeth are still feeling that ache, huh? Do you think you need to see a dentist?
