For being a little off (even if not being a little off), that is a great start to the day!

Now Max, stop making mommabean worry about you, flip to feeling "on" and not even a little off.....
 
You know Max best, so I hope whatever is off with him is better today- you sure can't see it in his BG #'s. Hope all else is better for you with your Mom and sister and you too--tons of vines for all of you Elise! :bighug::bighug::bighug:
 
I honestly don't have a clue what is bothering Max. He just is very quiet and seems depressed. I left him this afternoon in his bed and that is where I found him when I just returned for PMPS. He didn't eat but that often happens when I first out out his food and the sometime in the next hour he eats.

The CG never showed up today and didn't call. She claimed to be sick again yesterday when she called. We couldn't get my mom out of the house either day.

I hope to have a feel good condo some time soon.

I'm sorry Max is feeling off today and that you are having problems with the CG again. I hope you had some good time with your mom and she's doing better.

I know sometimes you leave food out at night and I wonder if his preshots might come down if he regularly had a +9 meal (even during the a.m. Cycle).

Marje, I leave food out at night if he has dropped and seems to be surfing but want to be sure he doesn't drop again. Other times it's the last part of what I give him when I go to bed at +6-8 and he doesn't finish it. Max doesn't seem to want to eat after+6-7 of the day cycle and often doesn't eat much until an hour after his insulin. In the morning he often gets hungry about an hour before amps except when he doesn't and then eats about an hour after his shot. All this to say I don't think he will eat at +9. I'm not always home at +9 during the day but will give it a try when I am to see if he will eat then and if it helps. Thanks for the suggestion.
 
{{{Elise}}}, you must be exhausted, both mentally and physically. I'm so sorry you are having these issue with your DM's caregiver, on top of everything else.

At least Max's numbers look good. I hope you can figure out what is "off" about him and get it back "on". Sending tons of vines for Max and prayers for your DM. :bighug::bighug::bighug:
 
Thanks Tricia. Max is a mystery. His BG is fine. He just seems mopey. He's eating okay which makes me think it's not a pancreatitis attack. Hopefully it will pass and I'll never know what seems to be bothering him. He just ate again but then went under my bed. When I got him to test he was on my bed.

It is hard to see my mom feeling so lousy. I'm starting to think the antibiotic isn't working but who knows.
