We like to encourage
at least one bedtime test,
2 if u can manage it would be great....examples:
+1, +2, +3 are good options, and its good to get these on different nights.
So one night you get a +3, next night try a +2, etc....
early cycle checks are just as important, especially if you have a lower than usual preshot number.
And depending when your bedtime is, anything around +4, +5 or +6.
Keeping in mind, sometimes you may have to monitor more closely should you catch a lower than usual number.
