Well, Miss China seems to really like those 70's!! Would be wonderful if she'd just stay there, 24/7!!
Not sure where the higher numbers are coming from, but if all this made sense, it wouldn't be any fun
Poor DM....Her heat is out again and last night it was in the 40's....tonight is supposed to be the same and only in the 50's tomorrow.....and the darn maintenance man says it'll be tomorrow morning before he can make it out there. Called the landlord (a sleezy lawyer) and got "well they'll be there as soon as they can"
OK now China....let's see some more of those pretty 70's tonight!!
China you are one steady kitty which is exciting so give mama bean some more 70's! Sorry about your Mom's heat and less than acceptable landlord. One day it will warm up!
Good going, China. I always like "That 70's Show."
I suspect we could round up a herd of cats who'd be willing to make the landlord's life difficult. I've got three here that often make my life miserable. Loaners?
Well I guess my complaining to the landlord ended up helping...Mom said the guy came out and got her heat working
For some reason, her heater is the only one that keeps tripping one of the breakers (it happened several times over the winter too) and they showed her where the breaker box was and told her to check it first before calling (which she did!!).....Sometime in the last couple months, the stupid landlord put a lock on the door to the breaker box!!
Miss 70's Show is still in reruns!! Yeah China!! I'm loving this!
China may be telling you she wants you to play the lottery with a whole lot of sevens. Rosie is with her in the lagoon again tonight. I hope they both stay a while.
I would be troubled by a heater that continually trips the breaker. It indicates something is wrong and it is overloading the circuit. Resetting the breaker is not a fix, just a kind of temporary bypass. You might want to inform the landlord that you consider this a fire hazard and want it fixed, not just have a band aid slapped on it. Maybe even copy the letter to whatever state or city organization oversees such things? I hope you can get it properly attended to.
Oh I have, but I think I'm going to do it again!.....I even mentioned the word "Lawsuit" (in a lawyers office no less) if anything happened due to the heater....of course since the landlord is a lawyer, he thinks he knows everything
China, that was one spectacular display of surfing you put on today! I see you are in the middle of your evening purrformance. Bravo!
I agree about threatening to report the landlord to whatever local government agency applies. He's probably not bothered by threats of a lawsuit because he's smugly confident he'd win.
