Hi Everyone, We're home in the Adirondacks (in a village in the mountains, but not ON a mountain) after a good trip. Stu was an excellent traveler (he always is on the way home; he only gets sick when we leave home!). Stu has had pretty good numbers today (at least the 3 we were able to get so far). He coughed up another hairball at 3 A.M.--woke us up. He was hungry and his Automat wasn't set to open until 3:45, so I opened it manually and he enjoyed his snack. He was very patient during the packing-up this morning. He rides free in the car, so he doesn't mind the trips (if he had to ride in his carrier he'd hate them! He associates his carrier with trips to the vet!). All in all we had a good trip. The opera was wonderful. My bike ride was great fun. My DH got lots done in the library. And we were able to see our friend in hospice. That was a real downer, but we are hopeful that she will pass away soon. I don't see how she can last much longer.
Off now to visit some condos. It seems like there was quite a bit of excitement over the last few days, and I was only able to catch a glimpse of it.
Everyone have a good evening,

Ella & Stu, the travelin' man

Hi Guys! What a trip of extremes, eh?! Im sorry to hear about your friend. They were fully aware of your presence and probably incredibly grateful you were there.

So does stu sit on your lap in the car? Does he look out the window? I let Latte out one time while we were parked, to see what she would do...she went UNDER the seat! :lol talk about a problem getting her out!

I hope you have a restful evening. Sometimes the readjustment, even after a short trip can be a little challenging. Forget about doing that now. Save it for tomorrow. Tonight, just relax!
