Looks like Max is trying to drive you a little bonkers too, Elise :banghead:

I was thinking last night that China's numbers were better and more stable before her dental. She was only on .75 and her numbers were stable....since she had the dental, they've been kind of all over the place and is up to 1.5U

I keep hoping that soon, she'll settle back down...I know you hope the same for Max!
 
I read through your post from a few days ago about the meters . . . oy vey. I'm not in the sugar dance anymore, but can only imagine how frustrating that is for all of you still doing it. I stuck with the Freestyle long after others had switched over to other meters, and when I did switch to the Relion Confirm, punkin's ss went from being a nice blue/yellow to horrible. It was discouraging. I'm still unsure how "true" those results were, though. I think the two meters measured blood differently. I just took everything at face value. I rarely retested unless it was less than 40. I wanted to stay sane and doubting everything didn't help me do that. There were enough other things to worry about with punkin.

In any case, even if the meters aren't perfect, what is obvious is that Max is doing very well. :D You're doing a fantastic job with him.

I hope your mom is responding to the new antibiotics. :bighug:
 
Interesting day for Max. I hope your absence is for something fun and not because there are issues with your DM that require your presence.

I know how frustrated you've been lately. Sending comfort vines for you and prayers for your mom.

I was around for the morning and then went to get my hair done. No change with my mom. She hasn't called me this week on her own so I don't think she's feeling normal though. I wasn't missing today. I posted on some condos. Thanks for thinking of us.
