Yesterday. Caber Yr 2 Day 223
Husband woke me saying Olive is walking funny. I test her, 209. He said she almost fell over twice walking about 3 ft. I have yet to see her walk. Husband said he never saw her walk like that before.
Did I mention Trips ears? I cleaned them the other day, and well they were clean. Can't tell the last time they were. Redness down both sides of neck has been gone. Just a few dry scabs now. The back of right ear has a couple of big dried scabs. No redness. I have not seen or heard her scratching. I hope the hair grows back down the neck, her ears probably not it's been gone for a few years. Her Dr said it was from stress and fear from PJ and if she was happier in basement it was ok. So we let her stay in basement. With the ears being so bad I bought her back up in house. PJ does go after her if she walks around. Trip is very leary when venturing around house. She does stay in the closet mostly, but will jump on bed, come out to kitchen looking for food. If we are not home we confine her to spare room so she has box, food, water and won't be hassled by PJ. I have determined the ears are from allergy. When in basement my husband had been giving her more dry clean protein, more than the 1/8 cup I said to give. And cut the FF beef out when it started smelling way to fishy. Hoping the allergy test is in soon. It's 2 weeks now of her being on VE, she doesn't care for the rabbit to much but loves the duck and chicken, haven't tried the turkey yet. She has had no dry or FF for the 2 weeks. Hopefully husband won't give her any. When test is back, I might try getting all the cats on VE and off the FF, they are getting very picky at eating any of it.
So gotta go pick up Ollie's meds. Of course the one warm sunny day I could be planting. It's suppose to rain later, tomorrow I work all day so won't get them in the ground then either.
