Simon went pretty low at PMPS time (62) yesterday so I gave him some MC food to bring him back up. He is a very sunny 266 today but I am thinking he will drop some as the bounce clears. His legs are very stiff today so that may be contributing to the high number. I think I have pretty much made up my mind that I am going to try the Onsior for his leg pain. I am very nervous about it but Simon has really slowed down and looks like he is in constant discomfort from the pain. I gave him a little bupe this morning but I just don't think it is helping that much. I will call the vet today to talk about the Onsior again and how the dosing works. I would love to try acupuncture, but I think the cost is just going to be too much. I have used acupuncture and I know it helps, but it would not be a one time thing -- Simon would have to keep having it in order to really help.
Thanks to Bron (and Sheba) for helping me with all my questions!
I am going to my niece's high school awards ceremony this evening so I will not be around much today. She is supposedly getting a bunch of awards -- very proud of her!
