I was bracing myself to see a much higher number on the meter this morning after yesterday's plunge into the lagoon, so I won't complain about the pink at all, especially since it dropped quickly again to low blue before I left the house. I'm really happy to see that this reduction seems to be working out. Again, though she did touch 47 last night I am not going to immediately decrease, but wait to see numbers like that a few times to really establish a trend.
Did I ever get "sworn" at this morning when I gave Papaya the insulin shot! It wasn't even about the needle, as she was already muttering rather rude things under her breath when I took hold of a fold of skin, which then amplified into a few definitely unrepeatable phrases and a toothy snap as I actually gave the shot  Last evening when I took her out on the step she was enjoying the sights and smells so much that she firmly refused to come back in for hours, too, so I guess she is feeling more like her old opinionated self!
Yesterday in LL there seemed to be quite a rash of turning off alarms while still asleep, so I hope everyone managed to get up when they planned to today! Have a great day, everyone!
