It's been a while. I've increased Mikey to 1.25u and he is holding the greens. I would ultimately love to see him back OJT. Any advice is appreciated. I will try to log in more often.

He looks really good, Jenn. The only thing I'd suggest is that with all that green on his spreadsheet, his pancreas may begin healing and if it starts to put out insulin again, you'll need to be decreasing the dose. So I'd really try to get a pm cycle test every night to try to catch the pm cycle nadirs.

congrats on his awesome ss! It is possible for a cat to go into remission again, and doing what you're doing is the way to have that happen if it's at all possible.
