Yesterday was yellow day in MannieLand. With a very slow slide down. hmmmmm - could it be that he finally has the slow part down? Or is it that he's just trying something new, that one never really knows with him, he follows his owns set of rules, and I had better watch out. :lol: :lol: So we spent the day being yellow, a low yellow.... looking for the same nice consistent pattern but perhaps a blue one. What'd'ya think Mannie? You on board with that? I see head nods - very cool! Then let's do this! Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. yesterday we celebrated My son's 30th birthday. I often wonder where the time goes... seems just like yesterday that he was a little guy just like DGS. We had the whole family over for breakfast, for his birthday and mom's day. Mannie was so in his element: Mr social kitty got to practice his skills. It was so cute, so DGS when they arrived. He was sleeping, woke up about 15 minutes later. The first ting he did was run, yes: run, to the nanner pile, grab two of them and take them to Mannie, who was waiting by his bed. It was one of those moments: mom and dad could see what I was talking about: the daily nanner delivery, Mannie was the center of attention: that he always likes, and DGS was so so so happy to be with his best bud. I loved yesterday. Today, as always, we had a great test feed shoot this morning: lots of purrs and head rubs from Mannie. Breffis was consumed with gusto - still and always at warp speed, clean plate club status maintained, the auto feeder continues to be used: no missed ones, back on track(!!), Elsa still tries to raid his auto feeder, I still intercept.... Normalcy in MannieLand.

Have a great day everyone. I will be taking my son's kitties to the vetty today for their annual check-ups. WOO HOO! He works so much that well.... thought I'd help him out, get his kitties in for their physicals.... they will not be pleased.... :shock: :? :? After that - I dunno.... hopefully something outdoors: the weather is supposed to continue to be warm and sunny and almost perfect. YESSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey everybody!! I gots it!! Let's go sailing today! We got lots of water here, and lots of sun, and we can fish off of the boat and grill on the deck and well.... kind cool. huh! What'd'ya think? Hi Barb - You could be very right on that! and yes, if I have to that is what I will do: yummies to hold him over. My son lives close, the vet is even closer (5 minutes), so if needed be I can also pick up the kitties, stop and check Mannie before the vet, and after the vet, before I take them back home. A little crazy, but it would work. and thanks - fun is on the agenda! it is too nice here not too!

Hi Michelle, nice day for Mannie and just when you have some plans. Hope it works out okay taking son's kitties to Vet and sending good vines to the kitties to stay calm. So nice Nicholas could show his parents the way he and Mannie play together, so sweet. Cute pic of DGS and thanks for the links. Looks like Mannie came up enough and hope he surfs. Hi Ann - Yes on the Manster - I was so glad all was close and nearby, and it worked out OK. I probably overcarbed, well used to high of one, but I just couldn't be sure how long I would be gone. Better safe than sorry.... Mannie did come up enough that I didn't worry too much. My sons kitties did well - all passed!! and yes on nicholas - it was so cool that his parents could be witness.

Hi Marje - thanks - it was nice to see. Knew it was coming - he was SO FLAT last night. next day? down we go. so it was good to see the greens, I just hope we don't end up in too bad of a "B". Paws crossed! Oh we made the vet with DS's kitties. scenario: tested Mannie - ok, fed an MC. over to get the kitties (30 minutes RT), back to check Mannie - fed an MC/HC, off to the vet (45 minutes), back to test Mannie - ok, fed an LC, back to DS's to drop off the kitties (30 minutes RT), back home to test Mannie. @-) @-) @-) @-) @-) @-) @-) @-) CRAZY! But it worked... B y then he was a low blue, and all was well. :shock: :shock: and thanks on the birthday thing. what a day....
