Good morning!
Last night before PMPS, I realized I left out the Semglee pen for 12 hours! I know for a little while might not be a problem, but 12 hours!?! Is it no good?

• In-use and unopened Lantus, Levemir, and the Biosimilars should be stored in the refrigerator between 36 to 46 degrees F (2 to 8 degrees C).

It’s still good. I did that a few times. People leave pens out because they use a lot more insulin so it doesn’t need to last as long as ours does. Don’t worry. It’s fine.
