Good start today for Eddie. Auto-feeders are up and running. Hopefully that will keep his AM and PM numbers a little lower. @manxcat419 I think you're on to something, April, about testing after food when you know the numbers will be lowest, as Eddie's clearly going down a few hours after eating. I can't quite work out how to test like that with my work day though, so we'll probably just have to sweat out those normal AMBG/PMBG times. I guess if anything, if his numbers are normal at those times when his BG is likely to be the highest, that's a good thing. :)

I think I was lucky with Rosa as well as she tends to start dropping about an hour and half after food (and sometimes within an hour). But I agree, his numbers are within normal range even before he eats, even if they are a little higher than you really want to see so you know they're going to be lower later in the day! :D It gets easier once you're down to once a week testing - I just pick Saturdays as that way I can get Rosa to eat and take her outside for a run around on her harness if it's not raining (that takes another good few points off her number).
