Yesterday's condo

Another beautiful cycle....Not her best, but I'm happy with it!

It's a miserable day here, cold and wet and dark, so since I have had to be somewhere the last two days, and have pain clinic tomorrow and then a DM appointment on Friday, I'm taking the day off! I'm not going anywhere unless I absolutely have to!

Only wish it could be a real day off...got to catch up on house chores that have been missed for too long :sad:

Cold, dark and wet - sounds like the perfect day to stay inside. Too bad you can't just curl up with a warm cat and a good book, but I hear you on the chores needing to be done! (we need a smiley sticking out its tongue). :p

Looks like China thinks it's still nice at the lagoon, despite the weather. Cinco must not have gotten the memo. He was there last night, but this morning appears to prefer playing on the trampoline. Tell China he'll try to meet her there later! ;-)

Nice recovery, China!! She wants mama's attention since it's a gloomy day and you will be home with her. Time for kitty snuggles with a good book.

Well I got a few things done, and then I found the remains of Da Bird :cry:

"Da Bird" has suffered a severe amputation of his body (the feathers) from his means of locomotion (the cord attached to the wand) and the little clippy thing is missing. Hopefully I'll find it (or a replacement that I can make work) so the fun and games can continue.

Surgery to attempt to repair is scheduled for this afternoon if the appropriate prosthetic can be found.

We're back where we started from this morning! 158 vs 159!

Wish I knew how she managed a 20 point spike at +3, but I guess it's not terribly important since she came back down nicely.

The surgery to repair Da Bird was a success!! Now I just have to hope that the "physical therapy" doesn't kill it again...LOL
 
Well I just plain give up (at least for tonight)

Got to leave at +2.5 tomorrow and will be gone until sometime around +8 so I hope if she's going to surf safely and not throw me any more curveballs
