Yesterday's Condo

And a good Caturday to all! Abby's hanging out pretty high in her condo today but it's ok. She's acting like she feels better and the break is letting me actually get some errands run and some things done around the house. We both had a great night's sleep last night too!

Tena - I have NO idea but they way she's sliding into +12 it's probably not gonna be a lazy night! It would appear she barely gets a food spike so I'm going to have to take that into consideration as I learn to shoot lower numbers. It's never a dull moment around here!!

Ok Miss Abby....slow and easy does it. But if you do decide to go off the 10 meter board tonight your bean knows how to deal with it. She's a Pro. :mrgreen:

I don't think slow is in the cards tonight. I'm certainly no expert but I think she's getting a little sick of this dose.

Sometimes Sienne would add a bit of gravy to Gabby's mini-meals at +1, +2 and +3 to slow her down. Gabby was an early diver....usually would nadir around +3 if dropping quickly.....Other folks like Michelle (Mannie) and Ann (Tess) use MC and HC in in varying percentages to slow their kitties down......Could be an opportunity to try this and an see what it does to Abby....If its too much tonight, then the next time you can give a little less of the carbs.

Just a thought.

That's a good idea Tena. I just gave her a little fingertip covered in HC gravy. It's hard though because if she's hankering for a dosecrease I want to give it to her...both for her and my sakes!

I hear ya on that.

But as Abby's body adapts to the green numbers....You will see her start to level out....numbers will be flatter than a pancake (sort of).....but getting her body use to those greens can be tiring for the kitty and the bean.

You both are doing great.

Oh this is a night of all nights....we're at 86 @ +2 AND my ex is texting me again for some reason! Cats and men....both mysteries in my life.

one mystery in a night is enough to deal with. you're all prepped to do a replay of the other day, right? cuz i'm guessing that's where abby's going.

Abby's trying to go there but I'm prepared. I'm trying to slow her down so it's not an exact repeat of Thursday night!

And LOL about the phone battery dying. This is the most bizarre ex situation I've ever had!

That's a pretty big drop. Geez Abby, are you and Junior conspiring to skerr ur beans this week? Hoping next week will be smoother for you Kristen! Hopefully your phone will work for Mr. Right!
 
Sounds good.

If she does drop a bit later you know that you've ammo in your back pocket...HC.

And if you need to get off the phone w/your ex you can always say that you need to go.....to test your kitty. ;-)
