Well, I didn't poison Billie with lunch meat after all. Phew. She actually had a really good day today. She is loving Tiki Cat's salmon flavor and ate quite a lot of it. Definitely the best appy day all week.

I did start her on metronidazole (liquid form), so hopefully that will help her out. I had to break out the milk to get her to take it, but she drank it up mixed with some milk. The milk isn't ideal, but I'm hoping little bits won't hurt. She is totally zen with her shots, pokes, and inhaler, but she absolutely hates having anything forced in her mouth and gets very upset if I try to pill her or syringe meds. I hope I can avoid it.

Meanwhile, Brooklyn had diarrhea! She usually has an iron stomach, but I guess the Tiki salmon isn't agreeing with her. Sorry Brooklyn.

I hope everyone is doing well. Thanks for the visits and input on yesterday's condo.

Oh no! on the civvie diarrhea. Do you have Forti Flora to give her? Sasha gets it if I give her new foods, but the Forti Flora seems to knock it out pretty quickly.

I'm glad Billie survived the lunch meat diet, and even happier to hear she was eating actual cat food today! See, Billie, it's good, isn't it? Have some more!

That's great that Billie will take the med in milk. Are you sure it won't cause her stomach upset though? I hope Brooklyn has returned to normal by now. And we love reading Bilie is back to eating cat food.

I'm glad Billie had a good day yesterday and ate cat food. Poor Brooklyn. I hope she's over the diarrhea.
