Good Morning LL! Looks like there might have been a little action while we were at a meeting last night, as we appear to have a bit of a bounce.

WCR AL Ps accounted for, super hungry and playful. Even stuck her head in the timed feeder to see if anything else was there, not that she ate what was offered while we were out last night.

I have a question about moving Tess's shot back this weekend.

This coming weekend is going to be a bit of a schedule nightmare. We have a bonsai show in Santa Barbara. Saturday is doable, I need to shoot at the regular time in the am to be able to get down there in time and I can leave early even though I am the chairman. It's Sunday that's the problem. The show closes at 4:00pm and we have to take everything down, then an hour and a half drive home, shot time is now 5:30. We can't push the shot time back during the week because I'll need to leave by 6:30am on Saturday morning for setup.
I know 15 minutes is usually the most per cycle, but do you think I can get by w/ pushing the shot back by 20 to 30 minutes, Sat. evening, Sunday morning and evening? That would give me an extra hour to hour and a half. I'll have to skive off on most of the teardown, but I think we can get home in time. Or would that much of a change screw her up too much? Tess seems to be sensitive to even small dose changes.

Re: 5/12 Tess AMPS~139 +3~194 change time?

Extremely nice numbers for Tess today - and yesterday!

I can't truly answer the question. I have done 30 minute increments in the past, when there was no choice. It worked ok for us. At least I can bump you up in cue.

have a great day - both of you!

Re: 5/12 Tess AMPS~139 +3~194 change time?

Nice numbers for Tess.
You'll want to hear from wiser folks than me but I'm wondering if you can you even start to move her time a little bit now - by say 10 minutes? That would make the change closer to 20 minutes rather than 30. The other option might be to shave a little off the .25 if you do have to do a 30 minute change and you are worried.

Re: 5/12 Tess AMPS~139 +3~194 change time?

Definitely bouncing this morning.

Amy, unfortunately I need to be able to shoot at the regular time on Sat. morning as I need to leave early, I want to be able to get at least 1 test in before I leave. I'll even be late getting there if I leave at +1, but Tess comes first. If Tess comes in low on Sat am I guess I leave DH at home and drive alone. I might try to stay w/ a friend in that case.

Re: 5/12 Tess AMPS~139 +3~194 +5~265 change time?

Hi, Ann & Tess too! Your shot time changes seem reasonable for sure. Although not ideal, you need to do what you have to do. There were times - not a lot, but often - I moved Baby's shot time by 30mins - up to an hour early/late, if anything we only got better results! If you can believe that  Anyway, my point is.. I really don't think it is that big of a deal, I think for newbies who have no data - it is important they understand that 12/12 is ideal - but life happens & I never had any issue moving shot time an hour or around. Good Luck!!

Re: 5/12 Tess AMPS~139 +3~194 +5~265 +9~299 change time?

You only need to move the time 30 minutes? That should be no problem.

Re: 5/12 Tess AMPS~139 +3~194 +5~265 +9~299 change time?

Actually, I would like to move it at least an hour, 20 to 30 min for 3 consecutive cycles. Even if I don't help w/ tear down, I have to get my trees out and everything loaded up. I know 15 minutes per cycle is safe, I was just wondering about stretching it to a little longer to have some lee way in getting home. Or should I go for 15 min on Sat. evening and Sun. Morning and see what happens for time on Sunday evening.

Re: 5/12 Tess AMPS~139 +3~194 +5~265 +9~299 change time?

If it were me I would do the 30 minutes early for three cycles. I would be sure to keep an eye on the numbers, you have the option of skinnying down the dose if you felt your numbers were running lower. I wouldn't worry too much about it -- you deserve to have a stress free time -- look at the beautiful spreadsheet you have.

Re: 5/12 Tess AMPS~139 +3~194 +5~265 +9~299 change time?

I have had to adjust Moonie many times & 30 min. doesnt make a tremendous difference--D is right I would do as she says-
Hope it's a good weekend event for you!!--Tess is doing great!

Re: 5/12 Tess AMPS~139 PMPS~305

Well, it could have been worse, she held herself to a 6 point rise since the +9. Hopefully, this is the start of a nice slow descent. You hear that, Tess! SLOW!

Thanks for all the advice, D, Roni and Nicole. I usually am here all the time so I needed a little reassurance.
