Good Morning, Everyone,

Our hearts go out to Rich and Michael this morning. Their beautiful boy, Rex, is at the Bridge.

We had a good night and Rusty woke up with the robins this morning and insisted that we might want to get up then, too. But he settled down until the "ducks" alarm sounded. This morning's routine went well and Rusty is snoozing in his little bed by the radiator (in the hopes that it will come on, but we are not going to turn on the heat when it is supposed to be 70 degrees later today!).

Today's activities: raking the yard; setting up my new MacBook Air. I'll be back from time to time to check up on all the kitties and their beans.

Wishing all a fine day,

Ella & Rusty

That's better, Rusty, almost to the lagoon. :-D Zener is up in the foothills, I don't think he'll be joining you. Then again, he's surprises us every day. Have fun with the Air.

Morning Ella ~O) ~O) ~O)

WOOT! A nice start for Rusty today. back to Rusty numbers. You are looking good today Rusty. Surf well, 'K?

Too funny on the robins... that would be Lola too. She makes sure we know that she has heard and seen them, no matter what time of the day it is.

Enjoy that yard raking. and good luck with setting up your new Air. Should be fun - a new toy! :-D

Have a great day today. I hope all goes well.

Lookin' good to day, Rusty! Poor little guy, laying by the radiator, so hopeful that his beans will cave! I actually did turn the heat on for Trix one day last week, even though the house didn't need it. Right about now, she gets anything she wants....

Enjoy your beautiful weather today, Ella!!

Very nice start this morning, Rusty. I hope you followed up with a nice, safe surf. Robins are always fun to look at and listen to, aren't they? Of course your beans needed to get up and see them, too!

Have fun setting up you Macbook, Ella. I hope that goes smoothly.

Hi again,

Rusty enjoyed lots of outdoor time this afternoon while Edward and I were working on the yard. He explored all of his old favorite places, had a standoff with the Shadow, got into the barn and rummaged around in the dust and dirt, sat under the car waiting for Chip Chip to cross his path, and generally had a good time. His numbers are getting back into normal range. Yay!

I finally managed to get back to the board. I forgot that I also had to go grocery shopping. My new computer is on the way to being set up the way I like it. I wound up simply transferring everything from the old one--via my backup drive--to this one (as Ann/Tess suggested) and found that some older programs are not possible on this new operating system, but most stuff is in exactly the place where it was. I was expecting to see the "new" screen layout, but what emerged was my old one. Actually, this is great, but I had to make sure that the new programs and apps are indeed on the new machine (they are).

Off to visit a few condos before I collapse.

Wishing you all a good evening. Continuing to keep Rich and Michael in our thoughts.

This looks more like the at home Rusty. :-D I imagine the lagoon will be visited shortly. It sounds like you had a lovely day outside with Rusty, even if those darn loud robins wanted to started the day a bit early.

The Mac setup is coming along nicely. I'm delaying a Mavericks upgrade because one of my programs has a chargeable upgrade and I'm debating if I need it.

Yo Rusty - moon is getting full. Planning session tomorrow? We won't invite Shadow. ~Neko
