Hugo had a weird day. He's bouncing pretty hard. He's sitting right on the bottom of ok for the AT2 right now, but the thing that concerns me is that we had given him some food to get him back up from that 60 to the 91 and now he's coming back down again. Stall? Definitely go back down to 2.25 units?

+8 - 60 - fed small amount of LC
+8.25 - 68
+8.5 - 64 - fed small amount of med carb
+9 - 91
+9.5 - 89
PMPS - 68
 
At 77 now, thankfully. I was a bit lax on getting him his snack today because of a meeting. Should I still reduce?
 
Lantus cycles can do a double dip, where they go do a little downward curve again at the end of the cycle, but not as low as the main nadir. That could be what you saw at +12.

It's helpful if the spreadsheet is filled in when you are asking for help with dosing. Good to see Hugo's getting more comfy with blues and greens now. :)

I filled in a bit more of the spreadsheet, but I haven't put in notes yet. Do you think going back down to 2.25 units is good? I guess we can always go back up, right? I was trying to see if we could get him out of those 400/300s.
