Hi Everyone!
Just thought I'd post and say "Hello" and let you know all is going great with Cini Mini :mrgreen:
He's still maintaining on <0.05 units of Lantus twice a day and no big drama with highs or lows below a BG of 40. Cini's 30 day average on the ReliOn meter is 98 :mrgreen:
On the feline asthma front he is doing well with 1 puff of Flixotide twice a day and I have a call in to his Vet to talk about adjusting the Terbutaline syrup dosage down. Cini's been purring real hard about an hour after I give it and that concerns me. I know Terbutaline is like Albuterol in that it can speed the heart up and make him feel jittery. Other than that, no wheezing episodes.
On a personal front, my daughter is home for the summer. She just completed her first year of college at Northern Arizona University. I am so proud of her. And my son is graduating high school at the end of the month and has been accepted in to the Honors college at Arizona State University. Proud of him too. I'll be starting continuing education classes at the end of the month to get my credentials in Project Management. nailbite_smile
I read the forum every day and love to read about all the great things happening with everyone and their pets. It's better than reading the regular news! :lol:
