Well not a great start to the day but no acetone breath and no ketones which is why I didn't post yesterday....I just didn't want to deal with it. (I mean I dealt with it, naturally, but it gets very frustrating). A change it is a coming....I think Alex is going to be switching to Levemir very soon. We need to see if he will do better on that than on Lantus. Carolyn thinks he might. (unjinx, unjinx) :lol:
Another thing I noticed since we've been back home is that xsn't jumping on the kitchen counter anymore. :sad: It seems as if his back legs have gotten more wobbly. He still jumps on the window sills but not the counter. His legs seem to have gotten weaker and vet said there really is nothing I can do and they would be stronger(probably) if he were more regulated....THIS makes me very sad. Alex is a jumper and always has been. Damn the freakin' diabetes. :cry:
Other than that, Alex ate a big breffis as usual, his appetite is fab. He's kind of droopy today because it's gray and rainy here so he and Jackson are napping. AND, all p's are in order (except I considered his jumping to be playing...now i don't know what is......)
