Good Morning, Everyone,

Thinking of Angela today.

Another hot day in store in the Big Apple. For me it will be doctor appointments (mammogram this morning, dental cleaning this afternoon) and then a 50-year retirement party for a dear friend. Edward has yoga this morning, then dentist and party. Rusty is catching up on his sleep! He had a hairball last night/early this morning and I'm sure he feels good getting that out.

Yo kitties, today will be a good beach day. Let's go out to Coney Island, eat hot dogs at Nathan's Famous, ride on the Cyclone, and relax on the beach. Swimming and surfing in the ocean for the courageous!

Sorry for the hairball this morning Rusty, Bet you are glad that is over with. You surf well today. Maybe a trip to the grotto?

Rusty! We are SO READY! We got our beach toys, lots of beach blankets and towels, and our kitty sunscreen. and the cyclone??? OOOOOOOOOOOOOO! We so wanna do that. Lola is bringing her boogie board too. See ya soon! ~~ Elsa
 
I'm glad Rusty got rid of the hairball. I hope he slides down today. Enjoy the retirement party.

I can't wait. The beach sounds like a lot of fun.

You always have jam-packed days when you visit the Big Apple, Ella. I hope it all goes smoothly and you have a good time at your party. Meanwhile, Rusty, c'mon down!
 
Busy day for everyone. Hope the appointments go well and the party is great. Quite an accomplishment!

Thanks for the visits. All went well with the doctors/ dentist. The party was good and we saw many old friends from when we were graduate students: 51 years ago!!!!!
Rusty didn't quite know what to make of the day. His routine was destroyed. The trip bounce has gone into high gear. And he had to get his PM shot 1/2 hour early. And the day was hot and humid. He wants to go home. We have another day, one more doctor. I don't think we'll be able to leave tomorrow, however. The schedule won't permit it. Fortunately the facade work is on the other side of the building at present.

Rusty's Lev cartridge is almost empty and that may account in part for his bounce. But he always has a delayed and progressive bounce on this trip.
I'm tired and probably repeating myself. See you tomorrow!
 
Poor Rusty, we know how that feels...busted routine and wanting to go home! And we haven't even left for our Alaska cruise yet. Leaving in the morning and Tillie is not happy about her change of routine either!
