After a bluish yellow night, PurrFace is beginning his day with a nice blue AMPS. We have our fingers crossed that we will see some green this cycle.

Thank you Devon, Cathy & Kat for stopping by our condo last night.

Be careful what you wish for!!! I should have hoped for some SAFE green numbers. The 26 was the lowest number he's ever had so I retested and got the 24. It looks like the drop of honey and 22% HC is bringing him up some but this is going to be an interesting day.

It looks like he's making sure he gets his reduction tonight. I hope he holds these reductions and this is not a repeat of the reductions back during the 10/23/12-11/20/12 time frame. During that time he went from a 1.75U dose to. 0.1U dose but then had increases just as fast. Reviewing that time frame I see now that I held the 0.1U dose too long. An earlier increase there could have slowed the rise. We were both new to this back then. As of 10/23/12 he had been on insulin just 6 days shy of 2months, 1 on Humulin N and 1 on Lantus.

Wowza! And I though Gobs went low now and then!
Good luck with the decrease, John--Gob got one today as well....only 4 cycles past his last decrease, but it had to be done...
I truly hope both of their decreases hold!!! Maybe they're sick of FD confused_cat
