:( Not sure what is going on with Maggie's numbers! When I woke up, Maggie was sitting next to my head staring and purring as if to say, "give me some scritches"! I got up, and she took a nappus in my bed. So I made some coffee and checked some E-mail until she woke up. I just fed, and she cleaned the plate. I must have done a fur shot and not had enough scruff to get the juice inside! I have an early appointment up north, so at least I won't need to worry about Mags dropping while I'm gone...let's hope that's the case and no surprises. I made a Vetty appointment for Monday, so she will get a good dental and senior check-up and also a pedicure. I'm thinking UTI or toothies problem. There are no symptoms of a UTI, except she is peeing a little more than usual maybe and big clumpys when I clean the box! Hope everyone has a nice hump day.

Very nice way to wake up! I hope the vet can give you some information on why Maggie's numbers are a little off and that it is something very minor. When Simon had his UTI, he didn't have any symptoms so I was surprised when the urinalysis came back positive. Of course, maybe it is only due to a fur shot.

Oh Maggie....those numbers! Well, maybe it was a fur shot but it is good that you will be going to the vet on Monday anyway for the check up....wishing you well!

Yikes! Maggie is 238 at +2 hours!!! Either it's a food spike or another fur shot. Normally she doesn't peak until +3, but I'll be gone by that time. I'll catch up and read condos when I return.

Thanks Blue. Yes, Mags sure does love the scritches all the time. I hope something shows up at Vetty, but could also be she needs more juice. Have a nice day.

Hi Georgia & Simon, that is interesting about no symptoms with a UTI. Other Beans also noted the same. Last time Maggie had a UTI, I noticed smaller urine clumps when cleaning the box and more drinking water. Have a nice day.

Hi Pat, Oh I didn't see you there - yes maybe fur shot. I always have her on my lap when shooting, and sometimes if she makes a move I might missfire! Oh that sounds awful, but you get the drift! Have a nice day.

Morning guys! I am so not used to seeing Maggie yellow. Possible fur shot, maybe? I hope she comes down soon. Maggie I know you can do it! I hope she has a good vetty appt come Monday, maybe a reason for the higher numbers will show there. maybe she just needs another drop, a nudge into better numbers. Good luck!!

Well, surprise! Maggie came down to a 179 at +8 hours! I wasn't expecting a nice number, and I probably missed her Nadir. l I never thought I would be so happy to see a high blue number.

Hi Karrie, Thanks for the good wishes for Maggie's vetty appointment next Monday. Maybe there will be a reason for the bouncy numbers!

Hi Michelle, I know; it is so strange to see yellow numbers on her ss! She might need a nudge. I think I'll wait for Vetty appointment and see what's up with her. If her health is good, then maybe a shave increase.

:lol: I think you're right, Melissa! I used to be able to predict what kind of a day Maggie might have, but no more!
