so I know this is not the best, but due to traffic and the distance I commute to work his am shot is less than 12 hours from his PM shot and his PM shot is more than 12 hours from his AM shot.

should I vary the dose of insulin to compensate?

I didn’t put a question mark in the title because it isn’t very urgent and I won’t have time to look at the answers until several hours from now.

Sorry I am not experienced enough to answer. I'm here to bump up your condo and help you get help.

People may not open your condo and see your post at all without the question mark. Often the forum is so busy that many condos don't get opened unless there is a number <50 or a prefix posted. A question mark does not mean "urgent". It means you have a question, so feel free to use it and then remove it once you get your answer.:)

Better yet, in addition to the "?" prefix, add what the question is to the end of your title. It helps.

I don't think you should vary the dose but I am going to let the experts advise on this. Is it possible to switch the shot times to when you can give them every 12 hours. I know you can be off about 15 minutes but don't know how off you are.
