awwww, Denise....I hope she see's this. I really do.
She is so new to the dance that she really did'nt get quite as upset as all of us did.
I'm not sure she realized at the time how serious it was....I KNOW she did'nt.
It will make her feel good I'm sure to see how much we all care.
It was funny cuz when she was telling me about the kitties she said they go on the counters and even sit on the counters and she apologized if WE WOULD FIND THAT OFFENSIVE :lol: :lol: :lol:
I assured her she was amoungst her own kind....imagine being offended that a cat is on the counter??????

Bean is fine this morning.

Bean was fine this a.m. - 3 times of pokey poke, the first one was great but she had to shake her little head, so we had to redo...2nd time, mommy was terrible, butttttt..... the 3rd time, right on and no shaking of the head... she was 315 approx. 12 hours after the shot last nite.... no shooting this a.m. but will retest tonite and ask for advice... Must take Gumpy in to vet right after work for fluids, and ck up! she just looks like crap this a.m.!!!!!! But will test when I get back from that and post. Will probably be around 7ish tonite.
I want to thank you for all of the support!!! and tears, as Lori could probably tell ya, I was calm and tears following last nite myself, but still pretty calm (suprising for me). but i felt I had to try for Beans sake!!!!! Was a little more shaky this a.m. after only 3 hrs. sleep, but we did it! :razz:
Going to get some pointers on what to have in the house for emergencies.... did not realize that I was sooo lo carb in house!

Oh dear, tears in my eyes from the laughing. One of my kitties used to dine on the counter, LOL, and I don't think there's been a day in at least 12 years where the kitties were not convinced the counters were put there solely for their convenience.
Bell you are in good company here, and so glad to hear Ms. Bean is doing ok! Great job taking care of her last night.
My apologies for calling Bean a *shhhh* b-o-y. Hoping she didn't hear it!

Denise & Shakes - I am using PZI BCP - And Joanna & Bix - No worries about b-o-y-- I quickly covered her ears! and yes, they are always on the counters! :smile:
I did the test yesterday am and was 315 - took Lori's advice and did not shoot.... bad rain last nite.. left all of us w/out electric til weee early hrs. this am so did not test and shoot last nite either, buttt....... I did test this am and was 339 so I did shoot! Shoot!!! heheehe - but will keep praying that she goes back down to normal numbers and maybe receive a honeymoon!!!!
I did go carb hunting yesterday.... we have several new items that I now have on hand, but hopefully I will never need!
