Yesterday: Day 3 of the blues
Good morning!
AMPS 124 shooting 1F
I've taken fancy feast away again, he last had it yesterday morning at AMPS, to see if levels come down.

Boomer ate most of his overnight fuds; he left a bit of his +6 and a bit of his +9. We did get a wake up call at 5:05; DH got up and stirred the tsp of food that was left but Boomer never did eat it:rolleyes:

Allen ate well last night.

On the menu today: AMPS chicken and turkey pates, +3 turkey with fowl ball, +6 and +9 turkey pate

DH has gone out to his golf league and when he does that I also try to get out of the house early to go birding. Right now it's very cloudy out; it looks like rain although the weather networks all say no rain in the forecast. So I'm just staying put for a wee bit.

I have a photo for you today.....this is a Yellow Warbler that I shot a few days ago at a local park.

+3 115:rolleyes:
He just doesn't seem to want to work the juice. He's barely moving in the first 3 hours, sometimes he even goes up :rolleyes:

I did get out for my walk, took plastic bags in case I had to cover my camera to protect from rain but it never rained; the sun even came out for a very brief visit.
You know it's going to be a good day when, about 1 minute into my walk, a red-bellied woodpecker flies in front of me and lands at eye level very close by. :joyful: And I actually got photos of 3 birds that I've never seen before!

Ugh with the food experiment! It's one of the reasons we went raw. If raw doesn't appeal to you as it doesn't to lots of peeps, would you consider making your own cooked food and freezing? Just an idea.

Love the warbler!
