Shadow having good numbers today.... in the absence of prednisolone, of course, so who knows,
I may have to stay up tonite.... at least for a bit.

had all my fun yesterday reallly.... lunch with dd , good time, and flower shopping at a nursery.
but ... today my ds came in and gave me a big long hug. ( he's 23 and is a failure to launch thus far)
what a great present.... he's never been one to hug, usually complains.

came home from church, dh cooked steaks on grill... ( smothered mine in green chili and monterrey jack inside
a flour tortilla)
we took flowers out to dgm... and some cards she got in mail.
came home and wanted to nap But dh was willing to go for a hike....
I wanted to go to the mitchell trail arch so we did.
it's about 2.4 miles up...
we already live at 7500 ft above sea level... so add another 1720 up.... 9220 ft above sea level.

most of the trees burned down in 2000 when we had the Cerro Grande fire which took out 450 homes
in our town.

i'll go get some more food out.. so she can self serve while I sleep.....
was expecting her to be in green by now but she does keep grazing so ....
better she's willing to eat ....
i'm certainly willing to sleep....
