5/10 China...4 years down...On to year 5!!

Well, today marks 4 years since we started this adventure!! Pretty good for a cat that our original vet said "may live another 4 months"!!

China continues to rock it and spends all her days paddling around the lagoon and watching for kitties in trouble (or kitties causing trouble!)

I can't thank the people here enough for everything they've taught me and I'm happy to be paying it forward while working with DCIN. It doesn't leave me a lot of time, but I've enjoyed working with the people who need our help.

What a great night for the Full Flower Moon party!! You can bet Miss China will be celebrating!!!
 
She looks marvelous! Thank you to you and China for all the great help on the boards and in the lagoon.! Can't wait to see what China is going to be wearing to the Full Flower Party!
 
Congratulations to you and China. You've more than paid it forward in my opinion. Uncle and I thank you for always being there for us waterwings and all and also for being such inspirations!

I love the way our fur babies take on this horrible disease FD!
I also am so grateful for the individuals on this forum. We are one gigantic family!

I heard the door slam awhile ago and haven't seen hide nor hair of Miss China, so I hope she's being a good kitty at the party!!
 
Wow. China's spreadsheet looks like something out of a dream. It doesn't say on there - is she still on the Bagislar? Either way, she is a shining example of a kitty in tight regulation. You've done an amazing job, Chris, both with China and with all the kitties you've helped, here and at DCIN. We are all grateful to you. Rock on, Deputy China! :D

Yo Deputy China, I'm a little late to congratulate you on your Annifursary. You didn't mention it at the Full Moon Party, but I should have known since your new dress was so beautiful. Anyway, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! You are the best!

Chris, you should be so very happy and proud of China. She looks great! I admire you for your DCIN work. I have a little knowledge of how much time it takes. Just making the arrangements for Rusty 7 years ago took a lot of time for everyone at DCIN. He is a lucky kitty to have so many who cared about him.

I've been away for quite a while and I didn't see China's daily condo...started freaking out...
So glad I found this happy post! Way to go, both of you - you've got the steps to this dance down pat!
